Modeled, backtested and live traded several very safe hedged option strategies in the large index (e.g. S&P 500) and volatility products (e.g. VIX). These sophisticated trading strategies generate consistent income by taking advantage of market, pricing and volatility dislocations. The ability to be patient and capitalize on volatility surface anomalies and their mean-reverting nature mitigates risk beautifully and provides a clear edge.For portfolio insurance, also developed a Tail Risk Hedge Asset which protects against black swan left tail events. Without any funding, we bootstrapped up to $18 Million in revenues with a blue-chip Fortune 1000 customer base in 90+ countries -- all before taking VC funding which fueled further growth.170 Systems pioneered the ERP-integrated workflow and imaging markets growing to be the worldwide leader in financial business process automation including Accounts Payable. Our customers process over $500 Billion in payment transactions annually using our solutions. It was an incredible journey that we shared with many dedicated and outstanding employees.During that journey, I wore every hat imaginable including Board Director, R&D architect and developer, Consultant, CFO and Chief Marketing Evangelist.When we were acquired, I was responsible for competitive analysis and strategy, strategic analysis of market trends, and product evangelism through writing and speaking engagements (white papers, company blog, webcasts, speaking engagements).
