Job Responsibility: -• 300MW Wind Plant Asset Management• EHS Management, WTG Audit and Substation audits.• Monitoring and Breakdown analysis, Performance monitoring like power curve analysis, repeated breakdown, LPF, PLF, MA and RA.• PM Schedule follow-ups and review meeting with clients.• As a FST Handle Operation & Maintenance 1.7MW, 2.5MW & 2.7MW (DFIG Technology) GE WTG.• Hands on experience to fulfill all assigned duties for operation and maintenance of wind turbines for customer owned wind farms in the region.• Hands on experience on High/Medium/Low Voltage AC/DC system testing, Operation and Maintenance, troubleshooting & repair.• Provide customers with high-quality, value-added service solutions including Operations /SCADA, maintenance, troubleshooting and service of wind energy products.• Proactively plan and effectively execute all preventive/predictive maintenance activities required for wind turbines.• Perform duties to support wind energy projects as required, Complete all necessary technical and business documentation on time and accurate. • Maintain and provide accurate information of the turbine operation of the project.• Environmental, Health and Safety mindset and compliance.• Total plant capacity 300MW. Operation & Maintenance of 120 WTG’s,2.5MW each unit GE WTG.• Operation & Maintenance & Knowledge in different type of Sensor’s used in WTG like -Inductive proximity sensor, Wind sensors, Temperature sensors, Position Encoder, Resolver, Vibration Sensor, Yaw Encoder, Frequency converter Drive Etc., Maintenance of 3-phase induction motor, Pitch & Yaw Drives, and gear box.• WTGs monitoring through SCADA and HMI Controller system and various parameters checking through SCADA system, Condition based Monitoring.• Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Project Execution, Material Inventory, Customer oriented.

• Electrical Engineer Handle Operation & Maintenance 2 MW (DFIG Technology) WTG.• Total plant capacity 40MW. Operation & Maintenance of Control Panel with PLC Relays, AIO & DIO modules, FR Monitor, PLC (Bachman), with CAN bus communication & Optical Fiber Communication & AC drives.• Operation & Maintenance of Power Panel,DFIG Panel(PM3000), IGBT,Capacitor bank of WTG.• Operation & Maintenance & Knowledge in different type of Sensor’s used in WTG like -Inductive proximity sensor, Wind sensors, Temperature sensors, Position Encoder, Resolver, Vibration Sensor, Twist Stop Sensor, Frequency converter Drive Etc Maintenance of 3-phase induction motor, Pitch & Yaw Drives and gear box.• WTGs monitoring through wt-SCADA system and various parameters checking through wt-Commissoning Wizard.

• Practical Working Experience of capacitor Panel, And power Panel of 2.1MW and 600KW Wind Turbine’s• Planning for operation and maintenance for healthy running of wind turbine generator. • Preparation of documents for WTG maintenance, breakdown & WTG history.• Preparing & sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS report regarding generation & breakdowns.• Analysis for on generation report & machine availability of WTG. • Preparation of documents for WTG preventive as well as breakdown maintenance & WTG history cards. • Preparation of preventive maintenance plan including all activities for 600KW & 2.1MW (S9X) wind turbine generators.• Monitoring performance & achieving machine availability on daily and monthly basis. • To ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.• To prepare & review daily generation report.• To review records and logbooks on daily basis• Attaining customer visit and represent company strategy in front of them regarding machine & generation.

• Maintenance Team Leader• Handle Operation & Maintenance 2.1MW s9x (DFIG Technology), 2.1 MW WTG. Total plant capacity 102MW. • Operation & Maintenance of Control Panel with PLC Relays, AIO & DIO modules, FR Monitor, MFR, PLC (Bachman), with CAN bus communication & Optical Fiber Communication & AC drives.• Operation & Maintenance of Power Panel, IGBT, Battery Bank and UPS of WTG.• Operation & Maintenance & Knowledge in different type of Sensor’s used in WTG like -Inductive proximity sensor, Wind sensors, Temperature sensors, Position Encoder, Resolver, Vibration Sensor, Twist Stop Sensor, Frequency converter Drive Etc• Maintenance of 3-phase induction motor, Pitch & Yaw Drives and gear box.• Do the TCI modification of WTG.• Take WTG related reports like DPR (Daily Performance Report), Making a NCR (Non Confirmative Report), MRS(Material Requisition slip),• Maintain, monitoring & Records of WTG. & take Corrective action if found abnormality.• Take Corrective and Preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance & Operation.• To improve M\C availability from 96% to 99%. & Carry daily inspection of whole WTG as our standard format.• Trouble shooting of 2.1MW S9x, (Hybrid and Tubler) WTG’s and analyzing the repeated errors and Warnings and work on them.• Analysis of Power Curve and make Power Curve deviation correction work.• Carry out 5S activity, Safety, quality of entire territory as per schedule.• And have knowledge and freely working in DFIG System (WOODWARD) Technology.

• Filling the checklist of data collection on tablet or hard form.• Entering data in required format of report.• Visiting the field of client and taking measurement of various Electrical equipments and instruments.• Entering the readings of every equipment in specific format i.e. first in excel format & then in plot(Civil diagram) format.• Generation of report of audit by using software
