 Responsible for all Dispatch & Billing documentation in SAP Dispatch planning & co ordination with marketing dept & Transporters for daily dispatch requirement. Coordinate with transporter for vehicle placement and delivery at site  Vehicle delay & detention monitoring, detention bills summarization & analysis of trend Checking of invoice Responsible for all documention like Preparing of vehicle issue slip, Making all tax invoices, Preparing of Out Gate Pass Daily monitoring for pending delivery orders & arranging to dispatch the same. Exports dispatch planning as per Delivery Orders & customers requirement Preparation of Truck turn Around slip

• Co-ordination between marketing, production, transport & stock Position• Coordinate with transporter for vehicle placement and delivery at site• Taking daily Dispatch program from marketing and maintain dispatch register• Making All type of Invoice in ERP software• Preparation of different state sales tax Form to be attached with tax invoice• Checking of all measurement• Look after the loading in Export container as per Packing list• Maintain Part-1 & Part-11• Preparation of ARE-1, 2,3 form for Export• Maintain job work register
