Worked in a number of projects and functioned in different roles across multiple departments. In a given week my time was allocated as follows: ● 80% Design/Development● 20% Administration and SupportLed most of the projects from beginning to end. Gathered requirements, designed and developed the solutions. The approach to each project consisted of:● Initial meeting: identified the business goal of the project.● Planning: identified high-level features of the project.● Feature design: design of a single feature of the solution.● Feature development: development of a single feature of the solution.● Feature release: release of a single feature of the solution.● Client testing and if there any enhancements will repeat steps 4-6 else continue with new feature● Repeat steps 4-6 for each feature identified in the Planning step.● Close: At close all features have been released, and the project ends.
