- Controlling 37 PICs from sports and arts branches to fill in the RAB so as not to exceed the maximum RAB limit.- Mantaining cash flow so that it remains in accordance with the RAB.- Creating an accountability report for submitting reimbursement to the metallurgical and materials engineering department.- Responsible for deciding policies related to the financial arrangements of the committee without deviating from the Project Officer's policies.- Responsible for managing all income and expenses of funds.- Creating and implementing SOP for Metal on Teknik Cup funds.-Responsible for making funding proposals to be submitted to the Dekanat FT UI.
