Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, validation to acceptance of offer and final placement • Responsible for providing best of the candidates with the minimum possible turnaround time.• Responsible for handling & closing multiple requirements simultaneously.• Taking the regular final result follow-up from the Candidates .• Partnering with the business, engage with the business to understand their hiring needs including aspects like structure, skill set for the position, level to be hired, Involved in Head Hunting/Networking for Closing the Critical Position• Develop and maintain close relationships with candidates, to obtaining quality referrals.•Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for technical positions for Singapore and Malaysia Locations.• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.• Review and understand technical job requirements.• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.• Format resumes meeting client expectations.• Research new technologies.• Create detailed job descriptions.• Expertise in APAC market Recruiting and Staffing• Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower Singapore rules and regulations.• Hiring on Behalf of Clients based in Singapore like SCB, HCL, Teradata, ,, IBM, Mphasis, Infosys, Prudential,Phillip, Global Foundries on Contractual and Permanent Basis•Expertise to search on the IT skills like Oracle Apps, SAP, PeopleSoft, java, ASP.net, C#, C++, PHP, SQL, Networking, WCF, Android, IOS, UI, Murex, BA (Aladdin), Salesforce, Hadoop Architect,Test Manager,Golang Developer,SAP Retail Consultant, SAP FICO,MM,SD,big data developer, etc.• Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.• Follow up with candidates.• Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
