Solutions are a mixture of consultancy and software deliverables for clients ranging from local family run companies to global enterprise corporations such as E.On. My role at Agile Tea as creative designer has been to help aid the user interface discussions between client and developer to ensure that our solutions satisfy not only the functional requirements but meet industry standard user experience expectations.As company secretary, I have to wear a very different hat in dealing with accountants and HMRC to ensure all the necessary administrative work is completed to spec and on time.

My time with Designs in Mind via JOLT has been one of the most rewarding roles both professionally and personally. JOLT was the retail side of Designs in Mind, challenging stigma associated with mental health through art with purpose.Not only did I get to work with talented artists, I was able to bridge the gap between the Shropshire studio where adults living with mental health challenges learnt new skills and rediscovered old ones, to the rest of the UK through promoting the artwork and homeware created in the studio as well as sharing our story and working with companies such as The Big Issue and other retailers.My role as Brand & Business Manager allowed me to foster relationships with the local community via schools, the local council, other Social Enterprises as well as SEUK and the UK Government at Parliamentary Roundtables.
