Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle. • Review and understand technical job description.• Create detailed job description.• Sourcing and screening of valid profiles from job portals like Naukri, Monster , and other social networks.• Shortlist the candidates for interview and scheduling the interviews.• Follow up with the candidates till joining date and coordinate with the candidates until they get settled in company.• Handling initial round of interview in order to judge the candidates suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualification, experience, communication, skills etc.• Maintaining the trackers for the interviewed Candidates.• Job posting and bulk mailing to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.• To update and maintain database, record of client requirement, interview schedules and feedbacks.• Good experience on client handling.• Recruitment experience on senior positions(IT)

• Understanding the company’s requirements.• Searching for a candidate on Portals like Naukari & Monster as per company’s Job description.• Calling and interviewing potential candidate and scheduling Interview in the companies.• Follow ups of the candidates if any.• Taking candidate’s feedback.• Follow-ups with the clients/companies after candidate join the company• Experience non-IT requirements.
