The Company: The Syntax Systems (TSS) is an India based Content Strategy & development venture serving businesses and professionals, globally. We help you plan and develop content (text, graphics, audio-visual) for communication with your different stakeholders through different channels/media (print, electronic, internet based, outdoor). Our client profile includes but is not limited to businesses (of any size & age), institutions, media, and professionals. TSS team comprises of experienced experts from different industrial domains. In Q4 2020, we launched our India centric YouTube channel, IndiaTuber. My role: I conceive, plan, research, test, and implement the entity's processes, while also formulating & implementing the growth strategies and manage the venture & its operations.

The Company: Conceptualized & Founded in 2012 and formally incorporated in July 2015, Store Utsav is an India based lifestyle brand of Indian handmade products. Store Utsav Fashion is the fashion label of Store Utsav selling handmade clothing, jewelry, bags, and fashion accessories. The company caters globally through online retail, bulk supply, corporate gifts, and export. Store Utsav's client profile includes but is not limited to end users, interior designers/decorators, corporate, clubs, groups, & institutions, retailers, museums. My role: Managing the organization. I conceive, plan, research, test, and implement the company's strategies & processes - designing, creating, procurement, vendor management, purchase management, digital marketing, cataloging, selling, dispatch, and customer management.

The Company: Community Samvada is a monthly community newsletter magazine with distribution across Delhi NCR. All its editions would be customized for the news of respective community it would go to. My Role: I was the signing authority of the pre-press final copy of the magazines. I was managing 7 Noida sector editions for the magazine under a contractual profile of a Managing Editor. Was delivering news content for each edition through a team of a total of around 15 Resident Editors spread across the 7 sectors I was handling. Besides Editors, news would be sourced from the official community & city administrative bodies and scores of resident contributors. Would then approve the paginated content as a ready to publish copy. As per readers' feedback, magazine's quality peaked during my tenure in terms of quality, spread, and accuracy of news.

The Company: Veda Informatics is a content & digital marketing company extending services across the globe. My Role: I was managing a key US financial news website project, for which the final deliverable were real time stock updates on the site and blogs on key stocks trends. My relevant & prompt stocks coverage and high quality & quantity deliverable balance contributed to the revenue growth of the company. I Was appreciated and recognized by the client and the employing company.

The Company: Aptara Inc is a US based digital publishing company with offices in different continents across the world. My Role: I managed content organization projects for the key U.S. and U.K. based publishers, primarily Blackwell, Kluwer, Institute of Physics Publishing (IOPP), and Cambridge University Press. My work had a positive impact on the company’s top line through successful client servicing for key accounts. My seamless project handling contributed to the company's business volumes.

The Company: Daksh eServices was a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm catering to the customer concern, support, & retention division of the multinational businesses. My Role: Attached with the PayPal.com, US, I managed the client’s Escalated Customer Concern & Grievance. Training and mentoring of junior staff and new teams was also a part of my portfolio. I was recognized for 100% quality compliant service at the inter-team, intra-team, and project level. I was given accelerated merit driven job confirmation and profile promotion. Recognized for the increased number of satisfied customers due to enhanced service experience. As a member of Customer Retention Team, I contributed towards customer retention and their improved feedback for PayPal.

The Company: FreeAds is a weekly-classified paper circulating in the key Indian metros. My Role: I managed and grew the company’s sales & marketing revenue for the Real Estate, Business, and Jobs in Delhi-NCR categories. Attained 100% sales target in every month and would bag incentives for the same. Because of sturdy performance, was allotted Business category as well after Real Estate. Soon, based on same metrics, bagged Jobs niche as well.
