With over 10 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sectors, I am a passionate and driven human resources leader who strives to create a positive and productive work environment for all employees. As the Manager Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at HNB Finance, I oversee the human capital management strategy, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values. I also partner with senior management and business units to design and implement effective training and development programs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Some of my key achievements include leading the successful integration of Cargills Bank's human resources functions after the acquisition, facilitating the transition to a hybrid work model in response to the pandemic, and launching a diversity and inclusion committee to foster a culture of respect and belonging. I have a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and a National Diploma in Training and Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. I have also developed strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills through my previous roles as the Assistant Manager HR at Nations Trust Bank.
