1. Develop best fit supply chain management process-policies and practices for the company to improve the overall SCM performance and look for any possible innovations to the process2. Lead the sourcing team of the company3. Oversee the day-to-day activities of procurement team members and make sure to place orders and goods in house on time from both Local and overseas.4. Working on forecasts and inventories to make sure how many items of each product need to order5. Track all orders from suppliers and when we will receive in our warehouse6. Analyze the market and be up to date always about the product cost and quality7. Take cost savings initiative by developing vendors/suppliers8. Produce reports (weekly and monthly) showing the status of procurement against requisitions9. Train, guide and lead a team of about 5 members.10. Manage and operate the MDM in ERP (TRIMS)11. Taking care of SCM process automation part in ERP (TRIMS)12. Act as TDT members in E&G SCM Work stream13. Any other works as assigned by
