Network Operation Engineer
CurrentCore Responsibilities:24/7 NOC Monitoring:Collaborate as a key member of the 24/7 NOC monitoring team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.Proactively identify and address system issues, spanning websites, servers, networks, and databases.PCI-DSS Compliance:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PCI-DSS compliance efforts.Facilitate PCI-DSS assessments and audits by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and assessors.Security Awareness and Support:Implement and manage security awareness programs to educate employees on PCI-DSS requirements and best practices.Provide technical assistance to B2B partners and operators through CRM platforms, email, Zoom, Skype, Teams, and Slack.Troubleshooting and Escalation:Skillfully troubleshoot issues across various system components, identifying situations requiring escalation to level 2 support.Monitor multiple alert and monitoring tools to promptly identify and address potential system issues.Tools and Technologies:Use and manage a suite of tools including Kubernetes, Kibana, Looker, Confluence, and HubSpot.Demonstrate proficiency in APIs (testing) and web technologies (TCP-IP, HTTP, SOAP, XML, JSON).Reporting and Communication:Create and disseminate daily reports to update team members and wider stakeholders on outage details.Collaborate with the DEV team on CI/CD, Linux command, S3 bucket, EBS, Kibana, Datadog, Terraform, and Ansible.Additional Contributions:CI/CD and Infrastructure Collaboration:Collaborate seamlessly with the DEV team on CI/CD processes, ensuring integration with Linux, cloud services, and infrastructure automation tools.Technical Expertise:Engage with DEV teams on technical fronts including Linux commands, S3 bucket management, EBS, Kibana, Datadog, Terraform, and Ansible.
