Duties/Responsibilities: • Follow-up Cash& Bank book, General ledger book, Party ledger book, and other relevant registers.• Vat & Tax Calculation; Challan Prepare & Submit, communicate with Circle zone Office, Return Prepare & Submit to authority.• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.• Generated daily bank deposits, verified balance receipts and reconciled banking transactions for weekly treasury reporting.• Data entry and reconcile ledger accounts.• Preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.• Working with the Financial Controller in head office on the preparation of Budgets.• Follow-up all showroom daily expenses and cash management.• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.• Check Wages, Salary & Overtime Sheet; Leave management.• Bank Reconciliation, Receivable & Payable Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, monthly Stock Reconciliation and Inventory stock Management• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.• Daily money receipts posting checking with party ledger.• Prepare fund requirement & Disbursement.• Prepare monthly Sales Statement and analysis all cost with total sale.• Prepare Client Outstanding report by verify documentation and submit to higher authority.• Additional work assigned by the management.•Preparing all accounts voucher and posting Tally –ERP Software, Reconciliation with Tally ERP-09 software.
