• Execute Daily Dispatch of all parcel & ensuring Regular Pickup• Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.• Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.• Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.• Receive Parcel and complete data entries on software & maintain proper database. • Maintain Success Rate, Regular Return Closing & Ensure maximum rider attendance in Hub• Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.• Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.• Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.• Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.• Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders.• Handing frontline employees and Hub Management Issues & Cash collecting from RiderMajor Achievement:• Leaded a team of 80 people at Khilgaon area (Malibagh Hub) & ensure operational excellence. • Complete around 1800 delivery per day (Collection per day BDT 17 to 20 lac)• Promoted as "Hub Manager" from "Hub Supervisor" and got transferred from "Malibagh Hub" to "Kuril Hub" • Performed in "Bogra Hub"(OSD) also as a QRT and successfully made a smooth operation there.• Career Development Center (CDC) AwardSkills: Supply chain & logistics management · International Logistics · Shipping · Logistics Analysis · Market Planning · Marketing Strategy · Sales and Marketing · E-Commerce · Operations Management · Marketing · Sales
