Leading the project procurement department, including hiring responsibility, structuring of business processes, defining and guiding the team in achieving long-term and short term goals.Ensuring project requirements are fulfilled in terms of cost, quality, timely delivery and handover to construction.Organisation of effective and cross-functional work with other departments and stakeholders.Development of procurement and logistic strategy, define the best approach of global commodity sourcing strategy. End-to-end responsibility: development of procurement schedule (L1-L4) and TSR\PSR, tendering procedures and PO placements, vendors expediting, quality control, delivery to the site, warehousing and material management, issuance into construction, OSD and NCR management, etc.Management of direct procurement and procurement of two EPSS contractors WISON (China) and NIPIGAS (Russia) under reimbursable basis. Reducing CAPEX and OPEX, based on optimizing technical requirements, finding new technologies, expanding the competitive environment, applying negotiation and commercial leverage, vendor selection based on total cost of ownership.Managing the critical path of the project and ensuring delivery of oversized equipment in the 2024 navigation window.Logistics management of oversize equipment (sea and last mile transportation) and general cargo.Ensuring that the project follows best practices and company’s lessons learned.Risk management.
