This 3-semester program serves as a bridge between educational courses and the professional world, as students are trained in professional skills and then collaborate in teams to solve a marketing dilemma presented by a company that pays the institution for a valuable solution. I am a collaborative team player and use my strong work ethic to develop a well-researched hypothetical solution to B2B and B2C marketing issues. I also utilize my creativity and innovation skills to create branding strategies and new logos to established companies.

I currently serve as a marketing intern for the company IntelliSee that focuses on implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in security cameras to make places more secure. Through this position I work with the sales team to understand our end-user leads better and I work with the marketing team to drive our social media efforts further. I communicate with vendors to create more end-user leads, work on case studies and research solutions to improve the marketing for B2B communications.

I was a dedicated employee to the style department of Target. I would start my shift by rearranging the floor to make sure it is safe and clean for our customers. Then, we would have a team huddle and break out for the day to complete our tasks. This position took a lot of hard work and effort. It also improved my teamwork skills and I gained more real life experience.

I gained communication skills and leadership skills at a very young age. This was a very unique experience that brought me out of my shell and made me realize I love working collaboratively for the good of a company.
