I firmly believe that you cannot teach anyone if you don't know how to learn. To be a good teacher one needs keep constantly upgrading themselves with new skill sets and never stop the pursuit of knowledge.Also a good teacher should be a good listener and know how to engage all types of students ( Auditory,visual and kinesthetic).Books are my best friends, teaching young minds is my passion and by choice a Profession too. I worked as a assistant professor in Department of mechanical Engineering for 4 years . Then switched to freelance training and counseling ( both Academic and personal). Have conducted over 309 career guidance sessions and over 900 training sessions and talks on varied topics ranging on varied topics like personality development, soft skills( well so called), communication skills, problem solving (mind mapping, 5whys etc), social engineering, creative thinking, memory techniques and various other technical and non technical subjects. My other Biggest passion is quizzing and have conducted over 980 quizzes as a Quizmaster. I am a polyglot and enjoy learning new Languages.
