With over six years of work experience in accounting, HR and managing different customer projects. I am currently the Head of Operations at Gallant Engineering USA LLC, a leading provider of complete packaging solution from packing to end of line operations in packaging industries. As the Head of Operations, I oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also manage the financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. In addition, I am a Managing Member of the company, responsible for strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder relations. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Related Services from Poona University, and I have developed strong skills in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and accounting software.
