I am a fresher, with 5 months of professional training on DFT from ChipEdge technologies and very much interested in VLSI industry mainly on DFT domain with a hands on experience on Synopsys tool (DFT compiler, DC compiler, VCS, Tetramax )with skills include DFT, Fundamentals of Scan Design, Scan DRC Analysis & Fix, Scan Implementation, Scan Compression, OCC insertion & JTAG/Boundary scan. ATPG, Fault models, Stuck at ATPG, At Speed ATPG and ability to generate patterns for different fault models and validate them and BIST, logic BIST, MBIST much more where I can broaden my knowledge, secure a position, learn and efficiently contribute my skills and abilities to the growth of the organization and build my professional career
