Job Responsibilities: Providing 24/7 Network Support for the WAN operations with NOC located in Bangalore with supported national operations in India and international sites across all over the world Configuring, Managing and Troubleshooting 3000 devices spread across 200 + sites Configuring and Troubleshooting Routing Switcihing , and Firewall related issue. Providing technical support to field engineers for all Cisco Paloalto ASA Juniper firewalls  Problem escalation, problem resolution of client’s system difficulties Packet tracing using Manage Engine Splunk and checking utilization  Preparing technical documents & customer network diagrams Configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches (IOS Up gradation, Password recovery, VTP,OSPF,BGP) Implementing traffic filters using access-list Implementing site-to-site IPSEC VPN and GRE Tunnels Implementing SNMP, AAA, Net flow and NTP on devices to allow for network management Co-ordinate with Field and ISP engineers for any shifting, upgrade and modification in the Network Experience on tools like Remedy, Concord, APG and ITSM Attending weekly operations call Handling incident/ request tickets raised by client and resolving it by coordinating with them Implementation and troubleshooting of HSRP using cisco 6500 for redundancy.  Technical trainee for new joiners to train them in understanding and troubleshooting the SBI network devices.
