Ad Operations Executive
CurrentRoles And Responsibilities as an Ad - Trafficker and Campaign Manager :• Work directly with Senior Ad Operations Manager Off-shore and On-shore to perform all aspects of traffic management, including implementation, delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns from clients and ad networks.•Perform QA for all campaigns that go live.•Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns by maintaining and distributing pacing reports.•Develop optimization strategies on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both delivery and advertiser performance.•Utilizing DFP and proprietary ad severing technology to assist in ad trafficking duties.•Assistance on resolving publisher ticket submissions in a timely manner according to clearly defined guidelines.•Schedule and launch online ad campaigns into client-specific ad serving platforms.•Work closely with client contacts to provide ad operations support and communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.•Perform quality assurance/quality control checks on client campaigns to ensure that all placements and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering on pace.•Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimization.•Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts.• Address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel.• Successfully managed On boarding Clients.
