•Hands on experience in Full life Cycle of recruitment. •Receive requirements from clients.•Understanding the business requirements, selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement.•Review and evaluate resumes. Determine qualifications of candidates based on job description.•Validating/evaluating the candidate based on the requirement available.•Understanding the requirements of the Clients and Short-listing according to matching Skill –Sets through existing Databases,References,Job Portals (Job Posting, sending mailer).•Sourcing of profiles through search engines like Monster and Naukri.•Screening & sourcing the profiles as per the client requirement.•Detailed analysis of the JD – analyzing the client’s requirement on different technologies•Handling multiple requirements/Job Roles at a time and making submittals in stipulated time frame.•Negotiating Salary Packages with the Candidates relevant to the industry standards and to the Client Specification.•Building good professional Relationship with candidates.•Reporting to Aligned closely with the Managers.•Knowledge on searching the candidates through LinkedIn, Headhunting, Databases, and References.•Scheduling and follow up in complete different stages of interview process•Generating reports based on the weekly and monthly status of candidates interview process and offers.•Arrange and follow up selected candidates for further interviewing and assure successful hiring. •Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview. •Ensuring that the candidates join on time by keeping constant follow-up with them.•Work independently as well as team player.
