Worked as a communication skills and english proficiency trainer for @ICT academy where I trained last year B.com and BBA students @RNSIT college. Trained the trainees in how to effectively convey information, engage in listening activities, fostering productive interactions and provided verbal and non-verbal feedbacks to enhance their communication skills.

From training kids to working professionals to enhance their communication skills and presentation skills especially with respect to attending interviews, I also worked on creating instructional materials in addition to playing around with various training methodologies. Having worked with e-learning platform has kept me up-to date with the growing technology in the field of education as well as the innovation required in all other forums

Researched on growth of ISIS and it's effects on women. It was an enlightening internship where learning about the growth of terrorism was a real eye opener. I worked with Rtd. General Narendra Kumar. He not only imparted knowledge but his army days increased my respect towards the Indian army and their service to our nation.
