I also serve as the first point of contact for advice on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with the company's vision and values.With over 3+ years of experience in human resources, I have developed a broad knowledge of HR processes and a strong skill set in talent development, recruitment, employment contract management, and coaching. I have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from PES University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Sheshadripuram College. I am passionate about fostering company cultures that drive engagement, innovation, and performance.
