The vision of Jagriti is to inspire young Indians living in the middle of the Indian demographic diamond to lead development by taking to enterprise. After the Yatra, the Yatris (participants) and facilitators become a part of the Jagriti Enterprise Network.

Seven Intelligence is a Bangalore based training and development firm that provides Incredibly Memorable Learning Experiences.While at 7 Intelligence, I worked on developing snippets of content that was part of the then World Champion of Public Speaking, Dhananjaya Hettiaratchi's presentation at the Global HR Summit in Germany, 2015 which won the best presentation award.I also developed modules that were used to train freshers and first-time managers of companies such as Bosch India, Schneider Electric, and Wonderla among others. I was responsible for training and coordinating the training of Deccan Herald's Newspaper in Education program managed by 7 Intelligence.

As one of facilitators of Bosch India's CSR initiative BRIDGE, I handled a batch of 20 individuals who had fallen off the education system training them for a period of 45 days in communication, personality development, grooming and computer skills culminating in their placement in entry level jobs at enterprises such as Shoppers Stop and Reliance Digital.

I Love Mondays [ILM Creative Careers Pvt. Ltd.] is a startup focused on New Age Careers with a vision of helping teens and young adults make educated career choices. Select work experience includes operations, business development, project management, customer service before and after sales, and training.

Had a chance to closely observe and participate in the process of incorporating a private limited company. Researched over 40 new age careers for content to be used in the ILM Book on new age careers and ILM Website. Closely observed and participate in interviews with various innovators in diverse new age fields. Also contributed to editing India's then, only book on New Age Careers titled, I Love Mondays.
