• Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering• Approximately 8 Years of experience in HVAC design, calculation, and drafting projects based in the USA• Preparation and reviewing of detailed technical construction drawings, concepts, and calculations for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to intent, standards, Code Compliance, and client requirements using design software/ tools. (AutoCAD, REVIT, Trane Trace)• Have hands-on project experience in high-rise residential buildings, schools, offices, recreation centers, etc.,• Capable of calculating, sizing, and selecting Airside and Waterside HVAC equipment based on load requirements.• Have a good understanding of HVAC systems such as Constant volume, Variable volume, VRF, Split AC, Heat Pump, Chiller, Boiler, and Geothermal, etc.,• Proficient in calculations such as Load calculation, Ventilation, Fan ESP, Pump head, Psychrometry, coil sizing, Geo Well Sizing, Garage design and building & stairwell pressurization. • Coordination with other engineering departments to resolve and avoid design conflicts.• Coordination with the client and project managers to ensure on time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.• Reviewing and responding to engineering submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to ensure a quick turnaround during the construction phase of the project.• Familiar with sustainable, green building practices and rating guidelines such as IGBC, LEED & WELL. Possess Credentials of WELL AP™, LEED® Green Associate™ and IGBC™ AP• Created training modules and calculation procedures to teach young engineers how to meet standards and improve performance.• I am a self-motivated and driven individual with good writing and communication skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.• I am not only limited to my roles and responsibilities, but I’m extending my skills beyond them. Capable of learning and acquiring new skills while working independently or with a team.
