CurrentLed an organization-wide Cloud HCM transformation initiative implementing Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting & Onboarding, and Benefits management system globallyLead integrations to and from Workday with various external and internal systems covering business needs on Timekeeping - UKG, Payroll - ADP and NGA, Benefits, Benefit Administration and GL/Accounting - ERPManaged and coordinated multiple work streams within the organization, MSP’s & implementation partnersResponsible for making sure project teams adhered to planned schedules Deployed and maintained UAT and Prod tenants of Workday to make sure business was equipped with environments needed to complete testing before release to prod Led a global rollout across several locations, with multiple implementation partners, onshore and offshore resources, and internal and external stakeholdersLed development and deployment efforts on building a Middleware/Orchestrator to perform necessary ETL functions and pull/post data to and from WorkdayLed and manage cutover activities for for each wave, leading to successful integrations across critical functional areas such as Payroll, Benefits, T&A, Security, and Infrastructure Worked with the technical streams to leverage Workday API’s in preference over flat files to make sure transmission is secure and in real-timeResponsible for timely execution of activities to progress to Go Live on WorkdayIdentified gaps and initiated remedial measures to ensure impact on progressProvide cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in the coordination of legacy shutdown activities before application activationDevelop a governance structure, stand-up, planning, and execution for Cutover
