With Influences from the meso state of always preferring balance, I am someone who is often exploring the roots of an issue and identifying applicable solutions.The design approach is considerably philosophical which helps me in being a strong orator and advocate of my body of work. Thus being a good orator comes with also being a good listener, hence i am often considered as the lead by fellow team members,and so I take initiative to listen to various perceptions and identify the ideal roles for various team members.
