Part of BSO Pricing & Merchandising Team for 3M Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary- Driving Customer‘s Incentive Plans (CIP) based on CIP inventory/performance; analyses, preparation and close cooperation to business,- Designing Merchandising Plans for customers including Sales Rebates and Marketing Development Funds (MDF),- Main responsibilities for Point-of-Sales (POS) and Volume Rebates maintaining in Vistex (SAP),- Close cooperation with RTR (Finance) in order to pay-out Sales Rebates and MDF to customers properly and on time, - Data analyzing, validation and adjustments in SAP, Excel, QlikView and other reporting and analytics tools,- Creating reports of sales rebates, accruals, customer’s performances, etc. for RTR (Finance) and business on regular basis,- Cooperation with EMEA Business Process Support (BPS) Team on local issues and its solving,- Maintaining approval workflow for deviated and standard pricing in Vendavo (SAP).

Part of International Strategic Business Transformation Project Team - SAP Deployment- Main responsibility for organizing and administration of internal & external trainings related to Business Transformation Project (SAP Deployment) in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary,- Coordinating logistics for both local and regional delivery of training courses, including managing of training calendar, contacting participants, selecting venue and catering, preparation of course materials and on-site coordination for local courses delivered,- Main responsibility for role mapping of business roles and accesses to SAP; creating a new Post Go-Live process of role mapping, presenting to regional leaders, and training and supporting Super Users of each department,- Cooperation with EMEA Organization Change Management (OCM) Team,- Perform Organization Change Management tasks in accordance with planned deliverables such as preparing and coordinating communications about business transformation's changes internally and externally to customers and other eligible stakeholders; preparing and coordinating distribution convention in Czech Rep., Slovakia and Hungary- Additional administrative and organizational support to Business Transformation Project Manager.
