CitiDirect is Citi’s primary Global Online Banking portal capability for corporate customers, enabling clients to submit payments online or through file upload capability, manage their authorization, generate statements & manage their liquidity across 197 countries. Re-engineered platform is also sold as customized software to other banks for their Online Channels portfolio. • Managed development & architecture for a multi-year re-engineering program for CitiDirect Software division consisting of 12 applications with discretionary budget of ~$7 million/year with ~70+ resources.• Created an organizational architecture for development staff supporting global delivery model across 3 development centers – Jersey City (USA), Dublin (Ireland), Bangalore (India) with mix of FTE & vendor resources. • Defined, developed & implemented comprehensive standards for software development across SDLC phases enabling Citi as a Software Vendor for external customer. SDLC principles are now global standards within Line of Business for internal software development. • Led development & architecture of the platform that can support 12,000 concurrent users supporting more than 2million transactions per hour with avg. response time of < 2 sec.• Successfully turned around a failing program with financial losses into revenue generator to Citi.• Received Citi CEO/Chairman Award for 2011 for best turned around program, best managed and best delivery of the year.

CitiConnect is Citi’s premier Global Connectivity solution, offering many connectivity options and the flexibility to integrate with client's ERP, treasury workstations and other accounting systems. CitiConnect helps our clients achieve straight through processing to increase efficiency, limit manual intervention, and attain greater visibility into global transaction activity. Additionally, CitConnect goes the extra mile to streamline the implementation process for building connectivity with our clients through value added services such as the SAP Financial Services Network (FSN) and the CitiConnect ERP Integrator• Successfully managed defining, implementing a managed services contract with a vendor that would support onboarding of the customer to CitiConnect in follow the sun model, having team in Asia, EMEA, NA & South America region ,with SLA’s & penalties • Managed a successful launch in 3 months of a new technology, SAP Netweaver, with a customer on-boarded before competitor allowing clients on SAP ERP to transact. The platform is now being leveraged to offer cloud services on SAP Financial Services Network. • Lead and managed creation of innovative product, SAP ERP Integrator by forging a 3 way relationship between SAP, a vendor & Citi to reduce the implementation time from 6 months to 3 weeks. This was also recognized recently as “The Innovators 2015 List” in Global Finance.

Ratings Gateway was an initiative to create a common portal & content management platform that could be utilized to host all S&P portal and content management applications and provide a one stop shop for Ratings users for their day to day activities. • Managed End-to-End Delivery and roadmap for 2 Portals (Corporate Governance & Structured Finance) with a discretionary budget of ~$1 million and a team size of ~5FTE in USA• Successfully created a framework of onboarding and processes for on-boarding new application on the portal framework.• Managed the onboarding of 2 critical applications on Portal framework by forging a partnership & supporting them.

MetLife Broker Dealer IT was supporting the Broker Dealer operations of MetLife that provided Wealth Management services to MetLife customers through various broker channels. The channels included MetLife FSA and 3 Independent brokers’ channels.• Managed End-to-End Application Delivery and Roadmap management of 4 Broker Dealer Portals and 4 Data Mart supporting Statement Reporting application.• Winner of MetLife CAO award for delivering re-engineered portals on-time and on-budget.• Influenced corporate portal & content platform architecture supporting 24x7 uptime. • Created & executed on the strategy re-engineering BD marts while fixing the on-going production stability issues. • Successfully defined & implemented the Enterprise architecture building permit process to ensure compliance to enterprise architecture. • Successfully defined target state architecture of Individual Line of Business Customer Care (MetCare) platform with an agreement from technology, product & operations.
