Rodrigo is a seasoned lawyer with substantial experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, projects and other transactional matters, having advised foreign and domestic companies doing business in Argentina and throughout Latin America. Rodrigo has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, companies’ law and compliance, participated in corporate reorganizations and financing and assisted clients on complex debt restructuring, litigation and arbitration cases. Prior to founding A+ on 2019, he was a partner at A&F | Allende Ferrante | Abogados and at Estudio Alegria, Buey Fernández, Fissore y Montemerlo for 13 years, Foreign Associate at Mayer Brown (Chicago) for 2 years, and clerked at a commercial court in Argentina.In addition to his legal education and practice - including an LL.M. degree from Northwestern Law School, with honors - he holds a Certificate in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management. His education and practice make him not only a trusted advisor, but also a strategic business partner, given his strong business acumen and the ability to translate difficult legal principles into practical and effective business.Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, Rodrigo is also a law professor.
