Currently managing the IT Assets transport and imaging team for Seattle Children's Hospital and regional locations. Completed the University of Washington all hospital Epic project. Handled scheduling, inventory, software troubleshooting and projects within the U.W. Medical IT support system. Worked on the Kadlec Hospital Active Directory Migration project. Helped users directly with device and software support post migration of user accounts. Various software issues post migration were handled including Group Policy troubleshooting, Account issues logging in, access to applications etc. Desktop and Workstation upgrade project at Seattle Children's Hospital. Acted as Lead while there, on various projects related to main of updating equipment, and software for devices on the Children's network.

I am an advocate for Support, and the UC4 community as a whole. I Provide a unified front with clearly defined roles for each department within UC4 for the customer.I provide a conduit between UC4 and the Customer during times of crisis for customers. I offer a centralized department head with a support background which will be a focal point for Support and GSO to maintain momentum, gain customer acceptance, and focus on key technical challenges.
