Merchandising Assistant Manager during Scottsdale Fashion Square’s transition into a “destination store” location; changes included doubling store square footage, expanded product line, monitoring and reporting on test product, increased corporate visits as well as executing flawless operational and visual standards to serve as a training store for incoming upper management as well as internal district training.

Customer Experience Supervisor in support of the Customer Experience Manager in executing business strategies communicated from Corporate. Responsible for ensuring proper execution of tasks performed on the Sales Floor, in the Fitting Room and at the Cash and Wrap as well as training and certification of all newly hired associates on proper service standards as their direct supervisor. Worked alongside of the Logistics team to ensure merchandising was executed in a way that positively impacted the customer experience.
