Re-Build and Support of the complete IT Landscape after Change of Owner incl. new MPLS-Network, Server Infrastructure for SAP and non-SAP Application Environment, new ServiceDesk, new IT Organization incl. - Develop and deliver IT strategies, solutions and services in close collaboration with the business and IT leadership team- Be part of the support to deliver the SAP roadmap at CRH in Europe- Manage and lead the SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Competency Centers- Ensure all applications are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practises, SOx, external regulatory and statutory requirements - Define in close collaboration with the business projects for business improvements- Make sure projects are properly managed and delivered on time, in budget and with excellent quality- Ensure that activities are prioritized and aligned with the strategy and direction of the organization; that appropriate resources are allocated for their development, and that functions are coordinated within the delivery unit to achieve solution goals- Define and agree with business on SLA's; ensure that the right service levels are in place and maintained in line with business needs- Ensure that the SAP CC is capable and prepared to support business demands- Develop or acquire capabilities when needed within the SAP CC e.g. by offering training for team members to increase their professional expertise- Make sure team members act according pre-defined standards and in a professional way- Create a working atmosphere which ensures team members are highly motivated, customer oriented and always striving for optimum results- Ensure ongoing succession planning and develop staff by maintaining business process knowledge and IT expertise

• IT Strategy: Contribute to the development of the IT strategy • IT plan: Translate business plans to an IT development plan for the assigned business area, in line with policies and standards and approved by the management of the assigned business area(s)• Portfolio management: Guard coherence between the initiatives based on the priorities set by business process owners, together with business portfolio responsible manager(s) and ensure alignment with overall project portfolio. Translate portfolio in implementation program.• Analysis: Gather, interpret and identify IT developments and trends within the business / market and recommend measures to the process owner if necessary• Advice: Advise on and facilitate management with IT development and business process improvement opportunities in relation to the business priorities for the assigned business area • Project initiation: Initiate and co-formulate the project definition and a proposal in close co-operation with the business and Portfolio and Program Management Officer• IT Projects; Initiate and participate in IT development projects • Knowledge management: Maintain and keep track of IT and business developments and share knowledge with colleagues and relevant stakeholders• Account management: Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant parties • Service level management: Define required service level for the platform, in cooperation with internal service providers (infrastructure, applications, and services), monitor service level and define appropriate measures to mitigate. Organize platform specific services if necessary.• People management: Organize, manage, develop and staff the Platform specific IT resources in a qualitative and quantitative manner and in co management with the competence managers of the solution and infra teams.
