Ralf Honegger started as an Test Specialist coming from the Customer Care area. The test team at that time was a newly created team with little testing experience. Already in that early beginning, Ralf stood out as hard working and an eager to learn team member. Over the years he kept growing, learning more and more about testing, SQL, system integration, planning, managing internal customers, managing risks and issues. The past few years he has established himself as a very com­petent test manager, highly respected by his team, IT colleagues and business customers.Thanks to his ex­tremely high level of commitment to quality, he made a significant contribution to the improvement of our quality standards. Ralf was able to recognise complex problems quickly and was at all times able to find convincing and suitable solutions for them. He set the correct priorities inde­pendently and systematically whilst distinguishing himself through a pragmatic work ethic. We came to know Ralf as an extremely motivated employee who was able to deal with the tasks and projects assigned to him with outstanding Ievels of commitment.
