Delivering subsurface expertise to new venture projects – evaluating business opportunities in new countries and regions. Supporting to investment decisions through providing subsurface risk assessments and evaluation of prospective. Screening, monitoring and assessing global new ventures and M&A activities in the E&P business and identifying opportunities (technical aspects).• Perform subsurface (Geology & Geophysics) evaluations of risk and prospective volumes as well as yet-to-find analysis for areas of interest• Evaluating farm-in and M&A opportunities with regards to subsurface topics• Build and maintain knowledge of petroleum systems in prolific hydrocarbon basins

Work as a coordinator for research and development in RWE’s +2 bn USD IGCC-CCS project onshore Germany. Managing communication and technical exchange between up to 15 external research groups, joint industry projects and industry partner as well as internal technical staff 12+.
