This lead to the creation of my business Wreck It With Ralf Coaching where I have culminated all my skills from higher education, certified courses and personal experience and have now helped 50+ individuals reach their goals. My 3 years of studying Sports and Exercise sciences provided knowledge of the following subjects: Sports Psychology; Biomechanics; Advanced Exercise Physiology; Coaching Principles, Fitness training and assessment, S&C, Advanced S&C, Advanced sports nutrition, Environmental physiology. Completed a dissertation investigating the “The effect of instantaneous velocity feedback on load lifted during 1RM free-weight back squat.” This advanced knowledge of a wide variety of topics within sport ensures that all factors are considered when it comes to the job at hand. The education Portsmouth university provided me with has ensured that I can work at the highest level with complete professionalism and also produce the highest standard of work for every client.
