Strategically end responsible for the digital distribution and exploitation of all music releases (playlists, albums, compilations, concepts, track listings) of global #1 independent dance record label Armada Music, home to artists like Armin van Buuren, Loud Luxury and Lost Frequencies, with offices in Amsterdam, New York and London, maintaining all relationships with DSP's and streaming services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, TikTok, NetEase, Tencent, Soundcloud, Deezer and many others), editorial curator of playlists, optimizing data analysis and online (social media) marketing, managing a team of 10 employees, part of the management team.

Responsible for creative concept realisation of compilations, setting up unique marketing and sales initiatives to promote these, tracklisting curation, independent negotiating worldwide (non-)exclusive incoming and outgoing licence requests and other agreements, A&R signings of commercial hit records, promoting activities to radio and tv broadcasters, administrative support for royalties, statements and accounting department and contact with artists/producers/DJs and third party record labels worldwide.

Responsible for overall music strategy, format and daily music scheduling and curation of playlists of a national commercial hit radio station. Activities include preparation and interpreting of targeted music and musical taste research on both title and genre level, considering which new releases in all current genres to add to the playlist, maintaining a relationship with all relevant contacts in the Dutch media and entertainment industry, including all major (Universal, Sony, Warner) and all independent record labels, creating unique marketing campaigns and promotion possibilities to stay in closer contact to our key audience, overseeing branded compilation concepts, visiting concerts and events and some general activities like copy writing, audio engineering and editing, website maintenance making use of content management systems and organizing events.
