Responsible for all (new) employees moving from abroad to a new location for Liberty Global and all her companies worldwide. As GMM I designed the operational backbone for the Global Mobility function, created the Global Mobility Hub and trained and onboarded the 16 local Global Mobility ambassadors Main achievements: • On a strategic level I re-developed, further enhanced and successfully launched the first LG Global Mobility Policy • Designed an effective and accurate GM data reporting tool concerning total cost of the GM program, volumes and diversity in order to provide meaningful business intelligence to the HR management and business units • Successfully questioned current practices in terms of cost- and exception management resulting in improved harmonization and more internal consistency regarding GM Benefits. This in turn led to the development of and alignment to service delivery processes for the wider HR group improving customer satisfaction • Identified and rectified areas of company or assignee vulnerability regarding tax, legal and/or immigration regulationsin both home and host location which resulted in a significant improvement of the company’s compliance to regulations • By tendering for and successfully implementing a GM Vendor a substantial cost saving on GM spend (35%) was achieved

As entrepreneur I focussed on providing logistical & administrative support and advice tosmall businesses and individuals, including personal financial management and therestructuring and optimisation of the personal finances. Furthermore I providedaccountancy support for entrepreneurs and start-ups and was involved in frequent and adhoc global special logistics projects for more than three years.

As Customer Service Manager for Royal Dutch Shell (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) Imanaged a team of 12 Relocation Advisors in Australia and Asia, acting as point ofescalation and being responsible for recruiting and training the teams. Furthermore Iprovided reporting to internal and external stakeholders, focussed on processdevelopment and improvements and restructured the internal systems. With the team wesuccessfully built the regional Team Relocations office for all relocation servicescoordination and management for Royal Dutch Shell.

As Operations Manager for Royal Dutch Shell (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) I wasresponsible for the operational implementation of the Shell Global Relocation & MoveContract for the Asia & Pacific region. I successfully recruited and trained the teamsresponsible for the operational coordination and execution of all relocations. FurthermoreI designed and implemented new processes and managed the different subcontractorsresponsible for the service delivery in all locations.

As Account Manager NL Team I managed a team of ten Account Coordinators on keyaccounts, recruited new staff, managed the daily workload and prepared the systems andprocesses for service delivery. Furthermore I was strategically involved with consultancyon Global Mobility and expat management challenges for clients and designed andimplemented Global Mobility policies and programs.
