As a seasoned Corporate Development and M&A professional with over 25 years of experience in the Pharma and Consumer Health sectors, I am passionate about creating value through strategic transactions and have a strong track record of successful deal execution, enabled by my extensive industry network.I have most recently led Business Development and M&A at Kenvue in EMEA, where I played a crucial role in shaping the global corporate development agenda for the newly independent $15B+ global Consumer Health business.Prior to the Kenvue spin-off, I spearheaded Business Development and M&A initiatives for the Consumer division of Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue's former parent company, driving M&A and other strategic transactions across all business segments. Additionally, I led the PMO to oversee the business separation in EMEA as part of the Kenvue spin-off. My achievements at Kenvue include completing multiple M&A transactions and other key strategic initiatives while serving as a trusted adviser to senior leadership.Earlier in my career, I spent approximately nine years leading Global Mergers & Acquisitions for Sandoz, a division of Novartis, contributing to the strategic growth of one of the world's largest generic pharmaceutical companies. Before that, I worked for seven years at Merck KGaA, primarily within their global Generics business, where I partnered with the CEO and CFO on strategic initiatives and played a key role in the €4.9B divestment of Merck Generics to Mylan.My core strengths lie in a strategic understanding of how inorganic growth can enhance company value and in leveraging my proficiency in all aspects of deal execution to maximize the potential of every transaction.
