I hold a M.Sc. in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering (Chemistry background), with a specialty in corrosion and surface technologies (metallic materials).Through the last 20 years I have obtained a broad expert knowledge about materials and technologies used in mainly advanced electronic devices. Here my main focus has been physical reliability and integration.With the knowledge about material degradation mechanisms, integration risks and material/device testing, I am able to utilize my expert knowledge in:- Reliability reviews (risk assessments, FMEA)- Parts, technologies and materials specifications- Materials analyzing and testing- Technology troubleshooting and testing- Integration and device level testing- Physical failure analysis- Root cause analysisAs a materials and reliability expert I have broad experience and success in collaboration cross-disciplinary with other fields of science and engineering.
