I focused on designing an structured model for their planning and their process organization.APPROACH:• Setting up a review of an extensive selection of seven applications specially designed for orchestras. After comparing the applications, selection of the most suitable one.• Implementation of the application OPAS• Redesigning the application to ensure its efficiency for the current purpose• Training the staff to use the application• Providing ready-made instructions for use of the application• Writing concise and comprehensible instructions and reports The result was a better organized and more efficient orchestra planning which they were able to conduct within a much shorter time.
