- Overseeing the procurement, packaging, and distribution of raw plastics and resins for some of the largest and most well-known international corporations across multiple industries.- Ensuring employee timesheets/punch times are accurate each week.- Conducting meetings, walk-throughs, and presentations with customer reps. and local government agencies to show we are operating under current state and federal law, adjusting to new foreign and domestic legislation, and providing verification for our customers that we are meeting all expectations.-Negotiating contracts with suppliers to establish fair pricing structures and terms.-Coordinating shipping arrangements, including booking space on vessels, and arranging insurance-Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.

· Operating in extremely fast-paced, high-volume 3PL for one of the largest auto manufacturers in the Charleston area.· Overseeing daily operations such as receiving freight, as well as storing and shipping parts up to the point of consumption.· Transporting parts to the proper part of the facility by priority of each part. Hourly KPI tracking (hot parts, picksper hour, open picks, open deliveries, container unloads/shipped, as well as NIL's lost inventory) to keep up with the shifting trends and identify possible bottleneck area(s) to address while abiding by a sequence list to maintain production's daily needs- Researching and resolving inventory issues with warehouse management software and ERP- Overseeing 35+ employees with expectations to follow the 5S methodology and strong SFM procedures implemented.
