Strider was acquired by Syngenta mid-2018, and in June 2020 the Strider brand was merged into the new Syngenta Digital brand with the public announcement of the choice of the Brazilian market by Syngenta to launch new digital ag tools, a decision which was driven by Strider's existing market presence in Brazil (as told to Reuters by Syngenta CIO Greg Meyers).
