Ms. Moore is Board Certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and focuses her practice on real estate matters and represents and counsels both buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords, tenants, developers and lenders in all aspects of real estate matters including: acquisitions and sales; commercial and residential leasing; financing, drafting and reviewing purchase contracts, loan documents, title documents, organization agreements, easements and construction contracts; and ownership issues related to submerged lands. She also represents and counsels lenders in financial transactions, including distressed loan situations. Ms. Moore also has extensive experience litigating real estate matters including contract disputes and commercial and residential leasing disputes.
