Sales Development Representatives are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. They must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.

Claims Assistants perform administrative tasks and provide support to staff processing insurance claims. Reviews and adjusts routine claims filed by employees for workers' compensation benefits or by other parties for liability and damages; provides clerical support to Risk Analysts in claims processing, and performs related work as required.

Our job is to take orders from an individual or large clients and input those orders in to supply chain software so that order fillers or other warehouse workers can complete the process and get the materials moving to the customer. Order processors often use coding systems or database to input and track orders throughout the process.
