Coordinate and supervise Team Members to provide exceptional customer service at check lanes, Starbucks, Food Avenue and Guest Service desk.

Training deployment for U.S. Government Census Project, for inbound and outbound call center Interviewers.

Deliver New Hire and up skill training. Analyze learner performance- providing constant reinforcement to achieve desired metrics and provide motivation for maximum effort- identify gaps and tailor specific training remediation in order to raise the level of performance
