As a pharmacy manager with nearly 15 years of industry experience, I am a dedicated patient advocate who excels at Medication Therapy Management in CMRs, TIPs and prior authorizations, which leads to overall improvement in patient health as well as reduced costs for both patients and PBMs. I have met or surpassed metric goals set out by the company for each fiscal year through being proficient in cash and invoice management, audits, budgets, and inventory management. I have robust leadership and team-building resume, which equips me to train and teach all levels of pharmacy personnel from grad interns, pharmacy interns, technicians and technicians in training. The world of pharmacy in evolving and I have led the way by being a force multiplier for consumers, whether it is being a drug expert, coordinating large scale immunization clinics, or administering health tests, to improve their overall quality of life and positively impact the community.
