Implementing and monitoring safety systems, conducting OHS trainining,dealing with WCB claims and medical claims management throughout Canada and the United States attending all WCB appeal hearings,I have attended 34 appeals for the company and have had no losses. I have saved companies just over 2 .5 million dollars in WCB reduction in direct costs and renegotiating provincial WCB premiums for all Canadian provinces.

It was my responsibility to look after all the Health, Safety & Security systems for the operation.
