Testing and reporting on video game builds, finding issues which needed to be fixed, and reporting them in an easy-to-understand way for the developers. Delegating tasks to other team members, and writing up test plans. Filing completed work and organising work still to be done.

Being a customer service role, I would mostly serve guests with either film tickets or food. It was a fast paced environment which kept you on your toes! I would also be responsible for dealing with customer complaints, either resolving them myself in a way which would benefit both the company AND the guest, or escalating the problem to a manager if necessary. Keeping the screens clean, and ensuring guests weren't causing disturbances was also part of my role.

As a parts advisor, I would speak both over the phone, and in person, to customers, as well as the technicians in the workshop. I would assist them in finding the correct car parts for them to be able to fix whatever problems the car had. I would take deliveries, add the stock to the system, and store them in the correct place.
